Calculator inputs, local saves and downloads

Calculator inputs and directory searches are processed in your browser. They are not submitted to our request database. If you choose to save a calculator scenario, its values and settings are stored on this device using browser local storage. You can remove that saved scenario with the calculator’s removal control or clear this site’s browser data. We cannot clear another device’s local save remotely.

A CSV download contains the entered assumptions and calculation results on your device. Printing or sharing that file is your choice. Review it before sending it elsewhere. Currency selections change labels and formatting rather than obtaining an exchange rate.

What the request form stores

When you submit a Deal Kit request, we store your work email, company URL, role, named competitor, approximate decision date, high-level readiness note, confirmation that the request contains no confidential information, submission time, and request status. We do not ask for buyer names, deal values, passwords, regulated personal data, or privileged material.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to reply, understand your needs, evaluate fit, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect the request flow. We do not sell personal information or use the form data for advertising.

Analytics choices

Microsoft Clarity loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Clarity may record how pages render and interactions such as clicks and scrolling so we can improve the site. Request fields, calculator inputs/results and directory search are explicitly masked. Tool-use, save and export events contain fixed tool/action identifiers rather than entered figures. No form values or request reference are sent as analytics events, and advertising storage remains disabled. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed through the “Analytics choices” button.

You can also choose “Exclude this browser” to keep visits and calculator actions from this browser profile out of analytics. That separate preference is stored on this device. Set it in each browser profile you use; clearing site data removes it. Analytics does not load on local or preview addresses. Removing an exclusion does not grant analytics permission, and an exclusion does not remove earlier recorded activity.

Service providers and retention

Our website host stores submitted requests in its managed database and may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Microsoft processes analytics only when you allow it. Email providers process information when we reply. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, service delivery, business records, legal obligations, and dispute prevention.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent us by emailing the address above. We will honor applicable rights and may need to verify your request.
