Inquiries are not engagements
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Work begins only after scope, timing, price, payment, confidentiality, and other terms are accepted in writing. Those written engagement terms control if they conflict with this page.
Information you send
Do not send passwords, regulated personal data, unlawfully obtained material, or information you are not authorized to share. Until a written engagement is in place, do not treat an inquiry as a secure channel for confidential or privileged information.
Research standards and results
Case & Contrast uses lawful research methods and public or client-authorized sources. Research reflects information available at the time and may contain gaps or later become outdated. No particular sales, competitive, financial, or business result is guaranteed.
Pricing and payment
The website does not collect payment. Displayed prices describe the current entry offer and may change before an engagement is accepted. Any payment terms will be stated in the written engagement.
Content ownership
Site design and original content are owned by Case & Contrast or its licensors. Third-party names, marks, quotations, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or commentary.
